A freestanding or semi-attached outdoor kitchen island provides a prep surface, seating bar, and storage in a compact footprint. Island designs work well for smaller patios or when the kitchen needs to face a specific direction.

We build the kitchen frame from concrete block — strong, level, and built to support countertop weight and appliance loads. The frame is then finished with your choice of stone veneer, stucco, or paver cladding.
Countertop Fabrication and Installation
Countertops are cut, sealed, and set with proper overhang for bar seating and safe clearance around hot appliances.
Appliance Rough-In
Access doors, drawer openings, grill cutouts, and utility penetrations are framed in before finishes are applied — so everything fits precisely and cleanly.
Gas and Electrical Coordination
We coordinate gas line runs with licensed plumbers and electrical rough-in with licensed electricians so all utilities arrive at the right location.
